Below are the character breakdowns.

Archie (white/mixed)
Archie (17/18) is a loner. His mentally unstable father killed his mother and then committed suicide years ago. Archie now lives with his grandma and suffers from regular nightmares. Although suicidal, Archie has found reason to live in his affections for Jasmine.

Jasmine (mixed/asian)
Jasmine (17/18) is smart, witty and sexy. Jasmine was abused as a child and now lives with her adopted parents. Jasmine has suffered in the past from dissociative identity disorder. Jasmine likes Archie but she’s ready to die.

Kenny (white)
Kenny (17/18) the son of a wealthy businessman is insensitive, eccentric and obsessive. He is the driving force behind the teenager’s suicide pact and wants as much publicity from it as he can get. Kenny is coming round to the idea that a mass murder may get him more attention.

Ashleigh (black)
Ashleigh (17/18) is beautiful, popular, cares for her disabled father and is a self harmer. Ashleigh’s party is coming up and is the intended scene of the group’s suicide pact.

Samantha (white)
Fashion model Samantha (17/18) suffers from Bulimia. She’s quiet and withdrawn.

James (overweight – white/black/asian/mixed)
James (17/18) is the target of bullies. He is overweight and lives with his single mother who doesn’t know how to make his life easier.

Cain (black)
Cain (17/18) is athletic, good looking, a successful student and likeable. The only problem is that his father no longer speaks to him since he revealed that he is gay.

Sachin (asian/mixed)
Sachin (17/18) sells drugs at college. He has been ostricised by his family and now lives in a hostel.

Bates (white/black/asian)
Officer Bates (31) has been assigned with Officer mason to keep an eye on the teenagers at the college to make sure the suicides do not become an epidemic.

Mason (white/black/asian)
Officer Mason (41) has been assigned with Officer mason to keep an eye on the teenagers at the college to make sure the suicides do not become an epidemic.

Gary Hudson (white)
Gary Hudson (44) is a married teacher at the college. He knows a lot about the teenagers home issues and is having inappropriate relationships with students.

Curtis (any)
College bully.
