This allows us time to process the winners of the previous year's heats and ask our panel of professional judges to take a look at them and declare the winner and two runners up of the Annual Competition.
As some of you will be aware there have been ongoing technical issues which may have hampered viewers access to the films entered from time to time. During this February period we will also be dealing with those in a more permanant manner than has so far been possible.
The site will still be active and we will still be keeping you up to date on developing news and very soon announcing a new element to the site, designed to encourage the participation of many more school and college based groups to show us what they can do, as well as the individual submissions we will always support.
