At venues across the East End of London this festival has a reputation for being amongst the most eclectic. Bringing together a huge array of talent from the very well established to the local indie'

Running from Thursday 22nd to Friday 30th April, there is a lot going on. One event which caught MM's eye is on Monday 26th April at 18:15 when the British Academy of Film and Television Arts presents - My production nightmares and other cautionary tales

BAFTA have invited top creative talents and Heads of Department to retell stories of when productions go bad!!! Sounds very funny if for no other reason than it isn't happening to YOU! After the tales have been told there will be an opportunity to network with the speakers over a drink.

A filmmakers' week-long pass, to the East End Film Festival is available to buy for £10 and gets you access to all events, networking surgeries and master classes on offer. You can get these from http://www.wegottickets.com/event/77996 and http://www.wegottickets.com/visionare

There will be a limited number of filmmakers' one-day passes on the door of each event, for £5. These will be allocated first-come, first served.

Full details and programme of events and screening can be found by following the link-http://www.eastendfilmfestival.com/

Anyone attending who wants to take the time to write in and tell us about their experience of this event would be very welcome. Have a good time, MM.
