The 8th Hull International Short Film Festival, GLIMMER 2010, run by Hull Films, in association with the University of Hull runs from 19th to 25th April and promises to be "....the biggest short film festival in the North of England..." It is too late to enter a film to competition, but there is plenty to go and see during the week long programme of screenings & events.
